Enhance Lecturer Competence through National Training on AI-Based RPS and Teaching Material Automation

In an effort to improve the quality of learning and support digital transformation within higher education institutions, STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro participated in the National Training on RPS and Teaching Material Automation organized by the Indonesian Association of Educational Technology Professionals (IPTPI).

The training carried the theme "Academic Digital Transformation: Accelerating the Preparation of AI-Based RPS and Teaching Materials." The activity was attended by lecturers and education practitioners from various universities in Indonesia as a forum to improve competence in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the process of learning planning and development.
During the training, participants received material from experienced speakers in the field of educational technology, namely Dr. Alim Sumarno, M.Pd. (Lecturer of Educational Technology at State University of Surabaya/UNESA) and Dr. Henry Praherdiono, S.Si., M.Pd. (Lecturer of Educational Technology at State University of Malang/UM).

Various strategic materials were presented, including automation of Semester Learning Plan (RPS) preparation based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE), preparation of teaching materials according to national standards, AI integration to improve the efficiency and consistency of academic documents, evaluation of graduate learning outcomes (CPL) based on OBE and AI, and hands-on practice using digital systems developed by UNESA.

STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro's participation in this training is part of the institution's commitment to continuously improve lecturer competence in facing technological developments in the world of education. The appropriate use of AI is expected to support the preparation of more effective and innovative learning tools that are aligned with outcome-based higher education policies.
Through this activity, STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro also strengthens the readiness of lecturers in implementing learning that is adaptive to digital technology developments, while simultaneously improving the quality of academic processes and educational services for students.
