Brief History
Established on May 30, 1997
Founded by the Al Khairiyah Padangan Bojonegoro Foundation and continuously developing as an economics campus in Bojonegoro Regency.
STIE Cendekia is a private higher education institution in Bojonegoro founded by the Al Khairiyah Padangan Bojonegoro Foundation on May 30, 1997, and is located in Bojonegoro Regency.
Alongside its academic activities, since its establishment under Decree No.27/D/0/1997 until 2004, government recognition and public trust continued to grow. STIE Cendekia has two study programs, namely Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Accounting, each with registered status.
STIE Cendekia, now more widely known as STIEKIA, continues to improve its academic quality through LAMEMBA (the Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting). The Management Study Program earned a "Very Good" accreditation in October 2025, followed by the Accounting Study Program earning a "Very Good" accreditation on July 30, 2024.
Beyond academic excellence, STIEKIA actively builds national and international partnerships, highlighted by "The Best International Collaboration on Accounting of The Year 2024" award from the Indonesian Association of Accounting Lecturers. In 2025, coinciding with its 28th Dies Natalis, campus leadership was also renewed through the inauguration of the Chair of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro for the 2025-2029 term, continuing the campus commitment to producing excellent, professional graduates who are ready to compete in the workforce.
