Bojonegoro — STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro (STIEKIA) successfully held the STIEKIA Economics Olympiad (OES-X) 2025 on February 15, 2025. This annual event serves as a prestigious arena for high school/vocational school/Islamic senior high school students across East Java to sharpen their skills and insights in the field of economics, carrying the theme “Economic Growth for Indonesia 2045”.
The event was attended by dozens of teams from various schools, totaling more than 48 teams, which from the beginning had gone through a series of stages starting from registration, technical meetings, to the preliminary and final rounds. OES-X 2025 was also special because it was supported by the national education platform Ruang Guru as an official sponsor.
The competition was intense but full of sportsmanship. Each team demonstrated economic analysis skills, management knowledge, and critical and innovative problem-solving strategies.
The following is the list of OES-X 2025 winners:
1st Place: ECONOMATE Team (SMA PLUS ARRHMAT)
2nd Place: Raras Khorid Team (SMA Plus Al Fatimah)
3rd Place: 1 smaja Team (SMAN Jatirogo)
In addition to receiving prizes in the form of coaching money, scholarships, trophies, certificates, and souvenirs, all teams that made it to the top 10 semifinalists also received a 1-week Ruang Guru study voucher.
The Head of STIEKIA, Nurul Mazidah, SE., MSA., Ak., expressed her appreciation for the enthusiasm of the participants and the dedication of the committee in making this event a success. “OES-X is not just a competition, but an important platform for the younger generation to hone their reasoning, critical thinking, and foster a healthy competitive spirit in the fields of economics and management,” she said.
With the success of OES-X 2025, STIEKIA hopes to continue to play an active role in producing future leaders who are intelligent, adaptive, and ready to face global challenges.
