Today, STIEKIA Bojonegoro once again held an Alumni Sharing Session featuring Jihan, SM, an alumna from the STIEKIA class of 2019. This activity is part of the STIEKIA Career Center program aimed at equipping final-semester students with insights and motivation regarding career planning after graduation.
In this session, Jihan shared her career journey since graduating from STIEKIA, starting from the challenges of entering the workforce, the importance of building a professional network, to tips on
preparing oneself to face a dynamic industrial world. Students were given the opportunity to discuss directly and explore various insights about the world of work from the perspective of an alumna who has experienced the reality of the field firsthand.
This activity is expected to provide students with a clear picture of the steps that must be prepared early on to design their future careers. Furthermore, the Alumni Sharing Session also serves as a platform that connects students with alumni as mentors, thereby building a strong career ecosystem within the STIEKIA environment.
Moving forward, STIEKIA is committed to continuing to present similar programs to strengthen student readiness in entering the workforce, with full support from the alumni network spread across various industrial sectors.
