Bojonegoro December 3, 2024 — Students of the Cendekia School of Economics (STIE) Bojonegoro are carrying out a Community Service Program (KKN) in three villages: Sukowati, Ngampel, and Campurejo. This activity is part of community service, which is one of the three pillars of higher education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi).
The implementation of KKN in each village carries programs focused on community economic empowerment, improving financial literacy, and entrepreneurship training. Students are providing assistance to MSME players, digital marketing training, and education on household financial management.
In Sukowati Village, students held simple financial recording training for market traders. In Ngampel Village, the program focused on optimizing local product potential through packaging and digital promotion. Meanwhile, in Campurejo Village, students conducted financial literacy socialization for the youth organization (karang taruna) as well as micro-business management training.
The Head of STIE Cendekia, in his remarks, stated that this KKN is expected not only to be a learning opportunity for students but also to provide tangible benefits to the community. “We want students to be able to apply the knowledge gained in college to help the community develop village potential,” he said. Residents in all three villages welcomed this activity positively and hope that the collaboration with STIE Cendekia can continue in the future.
