Bojonegoro – The Cendekia Student Da'wah Institute (LDMC) of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro successfully organized a National Da'i (Preacher) Competition for high school/vocational school/Islamic senior high school students and their equivalents. This event served as a platform for developing the talents and creativity of the younger generation in conveying inspirational and constructive da'wah messages.
The competition, which was attended by dozens of participants from various regions in Indonesia, began with an online preliminary round. From this process, the 10 best finalists were selected to advance to the final round held on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at the 2nd Floor Hall of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro. The finalists showcased their rhetorical skills, mastery of the material, and delivery creativity that captivated the judges and the audience.
The committee chairperson, in their remarks, stated that this activity is expected to be a positive platform for the younger generation to hone their public speaking skills while fostering a spirit of da'wah. "We want to produce a young generation that is intelligent, has noble character, and is capable of bringing messages of goodness to the wider community," they said.
The event concluded with the announcement of the winners and the awarding of prizes. The winners expressed their gratitude and pride in being able to participate in this prestigious competition. Hopefully, this event will continue in the coming years and provide inspiration for the younger generation to continue preaching in a creative, polite, and impactful way for the community.
