STIEKIA Student Organization Leadership Basic Training (LDK) 2026 Lasts Three Days, Strengthening Student Leadership Spirit Through Learning and Camping at Semilir Beach, Tuban
Bojonegoro – Cendekia School of Economics (STIE) Bojonegoro successfully held the 2026 Student Organization (ORMAWA) Leadership Basic Training (LDK) for three days, from June 19–21, 2026. This activity was attended by 60 students from 7 Student Organizations (ORMAWA) as a foundation for building leadership character, improving organizational skills, and strengthening solidarity among students.
On the first day, Friday (6/19/2026), the activity was held at the STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro Campus. Participants received various basic materials that serve as the foundation for running student organizations, including Organization and Leadership, Financial Administration, and Student Affairs. These materials aim to equip participants to manage organizations professionally, transparently, and responsibly.
Entering the second and third days, June 20–21, 2026, all participants took part in the STIEKIA 2026 ORMAWA LDK Goes to Tuban activity, which took place at Semilir Beach, Tuban Regency. With a camping and outdoor learning concept, participants were invited to engage in various character-strengthening activities, leadership, team building, discussions, reflection, and togetherness activities packaged attractively in the open air.
The event chairperson stated that this year's LDK concept was designed to provide a learning experience that focuses not only on theory but also on leadership practice through interaction, collaboration, and solving various challenges together.
Through this activity, it is hoped that all participants will be able to develop communication skills, critical thinking, wise decision-making, and build a leadership spirit that is full of integrity and service-oriented.
The STIEKIA 2026 ORMAWA LDK activity is a form of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro's commitment to supporting the development of students' soft skills. Student organizations are expected to be a learning platform capable of producing a young generation that is active, innovative, adaptive, and ready to make a real contribution to the campus and society.
Carrying the spirit of "Processing Together, Inspiring Others," the STIEKIA 2026 ORMAWA LDK is expected to be the beginning of the birth of young leaders who are visionary, have integrity, and are able to lead student organizations toward broader achievements and benefits.
