On Monday, June 10, 2024, STIEKIA Bojonegoro held a Pancasila Guest Lecture with the theme “The Role of Pancasila in Building a Sustainable and Principled Organizational Culture”. This event featured Mr. Burhanudin, S.Pd., MM, a practitioner in the field of state affairs and Deputy Head of Public Relations at SMKN 5 Bojonegoro, as the speaker.
This guest lecture is part of the implementation of the Pancasila Course Learning Plan at STIEKIA, which aims to provide a more applicable understanding of the noble values of Pancasila, especially in the context of building a sustainable and principled organizational culture in the modern era.
In his presentation, Mr. Burhanudin emphasized the importance of internalizing Pancasila values not only as the nation's ideology but also as a foundation for building individual and organizational character that is ethical, professional, and socially responsible. Students were invited to understand how Pancasila values can be applied in daily life, whether in the campus environment, organizations, or when entering the workforce.
This activity is expected to broaden the horizons of STIEKIA students to be more sensitive to the strategic role of Pancasila in shaping an organizational culture that is adaptive to the times, yet remains firmly rooted in national values.
