Bojonegoro, July 8, 2024 – STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro once again demonstrates its commitment to supporting community economic development through community service activities.
On Monday, July 8, 2024, one of the lecturers at STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro, Mrs. Nurul Mazidah, SE., MSA., Ak, was trusted to be a resource person in the Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on Competency Development and Cooperative Management organized by the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs of Bojonegoro Regency.
This technical guidance activity is part of the implementation of the collaboration between STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro and the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs of Bojonegoro Regency, specifically in the field of community service. Through this collaboration, STIE Cendekia participates in making a real contribution to increasing the capacity of human resources managing cooperatives in the region.
In her presentation, Mrs. Nurul Mazidah discussed various important aspects of effective cooperative management, ranging from financial governance and business development strategies to member management. She also emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability in maintaining member trust and the sustainability of the cooperative.
The participants of the activity, consisting of cooperative administrators and members in Bojonegoro, appeared enthusiastic about following this session. They actively asked questions and discussed problems faced in the field, such as capital management, financial recording, and cooperative product marketing strategies.
It is hoped that through this activity, the people of Bojonegoro, especially cooperative managers, can obtain useful technical assistance so that cooperatives in Bojonegoro can grow and develop to be more professional, independent, and highly competitive.
