STIE Cendekia is a private higher education institution in Bojonegoro, established by the Al Khairiyah Padangan Bojonegoro Foundation on May 30, 1997, and is located within the Bojonegoro Regency area.

In line with its academic operations, government recognition and public trust have continuously increased since its founding under Establishment Decree No.27/D/0/1997 up until 2004. STIE Cendekia features two Study Programs, namely Bachelor of Management (S1) and Bachelor of Accounting (S1), each holding a registered status.

Refinements and adjustments in accordance with advancements in the educational field are continuously carried out. Within a five-year operational span, STIE Cendekia secured accreditation upgrades from BAN-PT, namely: The Management Study Program was Accredited "B" (No.004/BAN-PT/AK.V/SA1/IV/2002) and the Accounting Study Program was Accredited "C" (No.005/BAN-PT/AK/VI/SA1/IV/2003).

In the following years, continuous accreditation upgrades were pursued:

  • June 30, 2007 – Management Study Program: Accreditation C (No.014/BAN-PT/Ak-X/S1/VI/2007)
  • June 15, 2006 – Accounting Study Program: Accreditation C (No.005/BAN-PT/AK/VI/S1/VI/2006)
  • September 5, 2010 – Accounting Study Program: Accreditation C (No.026/BAN-PT/Ak-XII/S1/IX/2009)
  • July 30, 2024 – Accounting Study Program: Excellent (Baik Sekali) Accreditation (LAMEMBA Decree No.1385/DE/A.5/AR.10/VII/2024)
  • October 2022 – Management Study Program: Good (Baik) Accreditation (LAMEMBA Decree No.016/DE/A.5/AR.10/X/2022)

A. Vision

To be a leading higher education institution in the development of science and technology, fostering professional entrepreneurial capabilities rooted in strong moral and religious values.

B. Mission

  • To organize educational initiatives supported by a learning process that enhances students' entrepreneurial capabilities.
  • To conduct research that supports and develops entrepreneurial capabilities.
  • To implement community service initiatives that foster and support entrepreneurial development.
  • To implement institutional governance that meets international standards in executing the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi).

C. Objectives

  • To produce human resources possessing both theoretical and practical entrepreneurial skills to compete effectively at an international level.
  • To produce human resources with research contributions that benefit the development of science, technology, and international entrepreneurial capabilities.
  • To produce human resources equipped with entrepreneurial skills and social awareness to play a tangible role in community empowerment.
  • To establish sustainable collaborations with various relevant institutions, both domestic and international, within the framework of executing the Three Pillars of Higher Education.
  • To achieve institutional governance that meets international standards in executing the Three Pillars of Higher Education.
