Cross-country togetherness colored the third day of the STIEKIA Cultural Camp Batch 3 in 2026. A total of 10 international students from Canada, France, and Malaysia mingled with the STIEKIA academic community in a series of lively activities that took place on Sunday (10/4/2026).
The morning began with a Slow Run activity attended by international students along with lecturers, educational staff, and STIEKIA students. With a spirited morning atmosphere, the participants walked and jogged along the route around the campus to Ngampel Village before returning to the STIEKIA courtyard.
The activity then continued with Zumba exercises with ZinWan. The music and exercise movements made the atmosphere even more vibrant. The international students seemed to enjoy every moment and did not hesitate to follow the movements together with the STIEKIA academic community.
After exercising, participants were invited to enjoy the STIEKIA student culinary bazaar. The various dishes prepared by the students became part of the cultural experience provided to the international participants. In addition to enjoying the culinary delights, the activity also showcased the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of STIEKIA students.
The excitement increased when participants were invited to get to know traditional Indonesian games through bakiak (wooden clog) and egrang (stilt) races. The international students also took part and competed alongside STIEKIA students. Although it was a new experience for some participants, they showed high enthusiasm and enjoyed every challenge given.
This activity was not just a closing agenda for the Cultural Camp series, but also a meeting space that brought together various cultural backgrounds in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The interaction built during the activity showed that sports, culinary arts, and traditional games can be simple media to introduce Indonesian culture to the international community.
STIEKIA Cultural Camp Batch 3 is part of STIEKIA's efforts to strengthen campus internationalization while providing global experience to students. This program is organized through the collaboration of STIEKIA with ITS Global Engagement, by bringing in international students to get to know the campus environment, culture, and potential of the Bojonegoro region more closely.
The enthusiasm of the participants during the series of activities became a valuable experience for all parties. Through activities like this, STIEKIA continues to open up space for collaboration and international networking, while bringing the spirit to introduce Bojonegoro and Indonesia to the world
