On Monday, June 17, 2024, STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro held the implementation of the 1445 H Eid al-Adha prayer, followed by the slaughter of Qurban animals as a form of practicing Islamic values, social care, and togetherness.
This activity began in the morning with the congregational Eid al-Adha prayer held on the campus grounds. The entire STIEKIA academic community, ranging from leadership, lecturers, educational staff, and students to the surrounding community, attended and participated solemnly.
After the prayer, the event continued with the slaughter of Qurban animals. This year, STIEKIA slaughtered several goats, which were the result of participation from the academic community and donors who supported the Qurban activity on campus.
The Qurban meat was then distributed to those in need, both within the internal campus environment and the surrounding community, as a tangible manifestation of the spirit of sharing and strengthening bonds of friendship.
Beyond being an act of worship, this activity also serves as a learning medium for students to understand the meaning of sacrifice, sincerity, and the importance of social roles in community life.
Through this activity, STIEKIA is committed not only to equipping students with knowledge and academic skills but also to instilling strong Islamic and humanitarian values.
May this year's Eid al-Adha activities bring blessings to the entire STIEKIA academic community and serve as a reminder to always increase piety, social care, and togetherness in daily life.
